46-year-old Model: Never keep your diet (Photo)

The former Victoria's Secret model, Helena Christensen says its body lines are not the result of any diet.

"I never held any diet, like food," says the 46-year-old model, reports Telegraph. She says her figure to be envied is largely the result of a "good metabolism."

"I have a good metabolism. I started to make the sport much later, around-30s. I started because I want to be more tone. I hate sports lasting, it would be impossible for me to run a marathon. I like intense sports such as bauxite or sprint ", she added.

Danish beauty looks much younger than her show years, and this was demonstrated in new pictures realized, in one of which appears almost naked.

It seems only a pair of underpants, while covering chest with hand and posing in the sand for French magazine Madame Figaro fashion.
